Bookings requests may please include the following information:

Names of each visitor, nationality, age and sex
Tour Code
Departure Date Ex Delhi
Hotel name/place of stay in Delhi, before and after the tour.

To the extent possible, we will provide the hotels mentioned in the Tours. In case you wish to book a different hotel, or if the hotel being offered in unavailable, the costs will be re-jigged. Upon receipt of a booking request, we will send you an email, tentatively confirming availability of the various components of the tour. However, the bookings will be confirmed only once the payments are received.

Bookings are done against full advance payments. These may be done by swift transfer into our account. Depending on the country from where you are booking this tour, we will send you the appropriate bank details for making the transfer. In case the amount recieved by us (after deduction of our bank charges) is lesser than the invoiced amount, we will collect the same from you when you arrive in Delhi.
